1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your use of the betr website, mobile-optimized platform, and all games, features, promotions, and services made available through betr.cam (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective from the date you first register an account with betr or, if earlier, from the date you first access or use any part of the Platform.

1.2 By clicking "I Agree," completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager on betr, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. You also confirm that you have read and agree to betr's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3 betr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betr will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of betr following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.4 These Terms apply to all players accessing betr from any location within the Philippines, including Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other provinces and regions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the betr Platform. This age restriction is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Age Verification. betr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by betr will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending compliance.

2.3 Jurisdiction. The betr Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of betr does not violate any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.4 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or court order that restricts your ability to gamble.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) betr account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate at all times.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betr login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. betr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify betr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. betr will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending security review.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). betr is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit KYC documents — including a government-issued ID and proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by betr.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the betr Platform is Philippine Peso Twenty (₱20). All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by betr, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your betr balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account. betr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. betr processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days following approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

4.4 Wagering Requirements. Deposits that have been used to claim a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

4.5 Prohibited Sources. All funds deposited into your betr account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. betr reserves the right to reject, void, and return any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful or prohibited source.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 betr offers multiple game categories including bingo, lucky bingo, keno, online slots, and live casino. Each game category is subject to its own specific game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and payout structures, which are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

5.2 Certified Fair Play. All games on betr utilize certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently of any betr staff action and cannot be influenced by betr or any player.

5.3 Bets Are Final. Once a bet is placed and confirmed by the betr system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details before confirming.

5.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betr will apply reasonable efforts to resolve the issue equitably. betr's decision regarding the settlement of any bet affected by a technical failure is final and binding.

5.5 Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems or "bots," or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 betr offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements and validity periods, which are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Abuse of Bonuses. betr reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or related winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, registered multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or engaged in low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

6.3 betr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at betr's discretion and do not constitute a contractual obligation beyond the specific terms stated for each promotion.

6.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise. Free credits issued as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion and may not be redeemed for cash.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 betr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment only. betr strongly encourages all players to gamble within their financial means and to treat losses as the cost of entertainment, not as a financial strategy.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they may have developed a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from the betr Platform at any time. Self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of a verified request and will prevent the player from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period elected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betr Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activities;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward betr staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent betr's responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after genuine gaming activity has occurred.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the betr Platform — including but not limited to the betr name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of betr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betr Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any betr content.

9.3 You must not scrape, crawl, frame, or mirror any portion of the betr Platform, nor reverse-engineer any betr software, without the prior written consent of betr.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betr Platform, including without limitation any loss of funds, data, or profits.

10.2 betr's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 betr does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events beyond betr's reasonable control may result in temporary interruptions to service.

10.4 betr is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party network problems that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 betr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betr determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of your account presents a risk to betr or other players.

11.2 Where an account is terminated by betr due to a breach of these Terms, betr reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If fraud or criminal conduct is established, betr may retain such funds and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

11.3 You may close your betr account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 betr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

12.2 Your continued use of the betr Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and betr, you agree to first contact betr's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our support channels.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, both parties agree to submit the matter to the appropriate Philippine gaming regulatory authority or, failing that, to the courts of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction.

13.4 betr's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, or account management, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, is final and binding.
